Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are taking special measures to keep our patients and staff safe.

The doctors and nurses are triaging all patient calls. You will have a telephone consultation and, if your problem cannot be managed over the phone, you will either be offered a video consultation or be asked to come to the surgery. You will need a smart phone, tablet or computer with sound and camera to have a video consultation.

If you are requested to attend the surgery you will be asked screening questions on the day of the appointment (by telephone or text) and given personal instructions of what to do – this may be to wait in your car and a clinician will come to you in the car park, or you may be asked to come in to the surgery one at a time. We ask that you attend your appointment alone if possible. We recognise that children and frail people will require a carer with them. Thank you for your consideration during this difficult period.
