You can order a prescription in the following ways:

By registering for our on-line Patient Access service.

 

On line repeat prescription ordering available through Patient Access.

 

In person at either surgery

• By post, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope

• By taking your prescription counterfoil, with the items you require ticked, to; a nominated pharmacy#

• We regret that no prescription requests can be taken over the telephone

 

Please allow two working days to process repeat prescription requests. (Note: No processing can be done on Bank holidays and weekends as we are closed)

 

Following a telephone consultation with a doctor and a prescription is issued we encourage you to come into the practice to collect this.  If you are unable to do this you may contact your local chemist to arrange collection.
