You can order a prescription in the following ways:
By registering for our on-line Patient Access service.
On line repeat prescription ordering available through Patient Access.
In person at either surgery
By post, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope
By taking your prescription counterfoil, with the items you require ticked, to; a nominated pharmacy#
We regret that no prescription requests can be taken over the telephone
Please allow two working days to process repeat prescription requests. (Note: No processing can be done on Bank holidays and weekends as we are closed)
Following a telephone consultation with a doctor and a prescription is issued we encourage you to come into the practice to collect this. If you are unable to do this you may contact your local chemist to arrange collection.
We are trying to promote a paperless service so that we can provide your prescriptions quickly and efficiently without delays. The first step is to register with Patient Access. This way we can process your prescription electronically.
